"Too Dubai" is OUT

If she said so , we need to think twice. After Mrs. Wintour has been interviewed with The Wall Street Journal with a very simple question of " what is going on for the consumer on upcoming NYC fashion week ? ( i just re-writed to be easier for understand otherwise we have to use wikipedia to celebrate our brain for reading the journal ) ..... and she just responded as "Yes, I don't think anyone is going to want to look overly flashy, overly glitzy, too Dubai, whatever you want to call it. I just don't think that's the moment. But I do feel an emphasis on quality and longevity and things that really last."

So blame it on the dubai man ! LOL!

Dare n Dare- Marc Jacobs

Who care! Back to the day that we are so afraid of , especially, in this moment that no one care of trend or looks but wait for worth pieces. Marc Jacobs , the biggest name in NYC fashion week now, has landed the bunch of 80's things to the runway with doom hair and make up ( Francois Nars , first runway show in 10 years, Salute ) Sometime , we need a break ( Luckily,no models with break dance , kekke ), so Marc give us now.

Ad of the day !

Feeling difference from usual fashion ad. I like it , how about you?

Pricest shirt in town

A few weeks ago, Eton of Sweden opened their first posh U.S. store at the Plaza Hotel. The opening Diamond Party celebration, also marking Eton’s 80th anniversary, featured the debut of the world’s most expensive shirt. The Eton Diamond Shirt, encased in a hand-carved black oak box, is a traditional dress shirt made from the finest Egyptian cotton and detailed with natural colored diamonds set in black enamel borders–valued at a cool $40,000. The shirt will be auctioned off by Harrods of London this spring, with all proceeds going to the Great Ormond Street Hospital. We can’t wait to meet the owner…we bet Louis the XIV is itching for the shirt from his grave.

Hermes fight the crisis!

Hermès just announced the figure with bright static one to the market and shook things up in house, appointing Pierre-Alexis Dumas as the house’s sole artistic director. His cousin, Pascale Mussard, who shared the role, is now in charge of “limited edition objects in unusual or recycled materials.” Sustainable Birkins? Oui, s’il vous plait.

Don't ask for JPG , cuase he's just an designer in the house , LOL . ( If you have known some of the French , you'll know why this kind of sentence would be occurred ! )

Sparkling time , is it ?

Swing by Bergdorf Goodman’s Fifth Avenue windows to see this bubbly glass water bottle, a collaboration between Jean Paul Gaultier, Baccarat, and Evian. It’s the second time that Evian has asked a designer to “dress” an haute couture bottle. (Last year it was Christian Lacroix.) We know that bottled water is kind of politically incorrect these days, but environmentalists and aesthetes alike will be happy to know that there are only five of these worldwide. The Bubble bottle will be at BG until Sunday, when it takes a little tour of Manhattan to the Soho Grand and Buddha Bar, before heading back home to Paris.

Tisci , did it agian remarkably

I think now everyone knew that i'm a big fan of Tisci ( i just went to On Pedder asked for the big black bag but they just have a GOLDEN one, not appropriate to this situation ! ) Yes, but even this clumsy moment , rose petals still based for the couture show and edwardina puff shoulder still need to be in the row. I love the way he blended rock in a very romantic mood of couture, but still strong attitude. Look at her eyes and I saw skulls on the rose petals!
